Don't book the breakfast

The location in town centre

The breakfast was disgusting just half sausages floating in water and some slices of white bread. They said they could cook eggs by far the worst excuse for Breakfast

Pleasant. Friendly manager. Quite cheap.

The description is out-of-date. Since Covid the restaurant only serves breakfast.

I booked it as I thought it had a restaurant open for dinner. But it's location is good so one can walk.

It’s basically a dump, Thirty years past it’s prime.

Good location, close to walking street. Not much else. Bed was fairly comfortable and quiet. Slept OK for our one night stay.

pretty much everything. Property is old, dated, shabby and in desperate need of refurbishment or demolition. Forget about breakfast, nothing edible in my opinion. Standard Thai fare, not much selection, and no Western choices other than toast and cold fried eggs. Coffee was the worst instant I’ve ever had. Furniture in room was dirty, broken and should have been thrown out years ago. Other than the location, it really doesn’t have any redeeming qualities.

quite, central location closed to the weekend walking street huge room with balcon and good beds, view either parking or city

Excellent.

We don't stay in big hotels much but this one was an exception. Big room with view, made the bed, clean towels etc every day, breakfast was good considering the price of the room. Staff were really friendly, great location. one block from the best cheap local eating place in town Arroy One Baht.

Good choice for centrally located hotel for people on a budget

Budget hotel in a great location. Large room with decent facilities. WIFI was very fast. Reasonable breakfast offering.

Hotel and room needs some renovation. Could add more options to the breakfast.

Pleasant stay in Lampang

Location is good as it is a little east of clock tower and south of the river. Room was quiet. Morning breakfast was fine. Bed was comfortable and internet was very good.

Great location and free breakfast, value for money

Check-in was easy. Didn't expect how professional and fancy the hotel would look like. Breakfast is simple but nicely filling. The breakfast caters to Western and Asian people. Beds are comfy. Shower was a little difficult to manage but eventually it was hot.

They only give the soap in liquid form, and only shampoo. I'd like a travel toothbrush and toothpaste.

Very pleasant indeed.

The architecture and style of the hotel is superb. Being located directly on the Pin river adds to the ambiance.

The hotel is currently undergoing a thorough makeover and as such there is some light construction work still underway. It did really present any difficulties but would not suit everyone.

My Mother once told me.

My Mother once told me..."if you can't say anything nice, say nothing". NOTHING.

My bed had an old blood stained cover. My shower dripped....the repair man got cross when he had to fix it...it kept dripping. And I had to defrost my own fridge freezer so I could close the door. The breakfast staff were extremely rude. I travel with my own teapot and Earl Grey Tea...I just like it like that. When I walked in on first morning 4 of them looked at me and burst out laughing. I was really hurt. The rest of the time they were on their phones playing games and texting...no service at all. Breakfast was not good.
